I truly enjoy interacting with my clients and look forward to the opportunity to work with you.  I have worked in the mental health field for over 15 years and am also a nutritional consultant and a Reiki level 2 practitioner.  I bring to my practice warmth, energy, compassion, and expertise.  On a personal note, I lost 50 pounds several years ago and enjoy passing on the knowledge I’ve gained to help other people get healthier and feel better about themselves. 

More about me: I grew up in upstate NY, then moved to Baltimore, Maryland for graduate school and lived there for about 8 years before moving to Denver in 2001.  I have always loved trees and have loved the symbol and folklore of the tree of life and how it exists in so many different cultures (Native American, Celtic, Norse, Hebrew, Mayan, China, and Egyptian among others).  I also like how trees represent life and growth and being rooted in the earth but also reaching for the sky.  Which is why I chose “Tree of Life Wellness Services” as the name for my business, it just seems like the perfect fit!
